IRPrestige-21 has two Indicators - the Power indicator (green) and the Stand-by indicator (orange) - on the front panel. The Power indicator lights up when the switch is turned on. The Stand-by indicator lights up when the dry unit works.
The IRPrestige-21 keeps the inside of the interferometer at low humidity by driving the dry unit, even while the IRPrestige-21 is not used. Accordingly, always let the power plug of the IRPrestige-21 be connected to the AC power supply to keep the power supply. Confirm that the orange Stand-by indicator is lit.

If the Stand-by indicator is not lit, please confirm following checkpoints.
1. AC for IRPrestige-21 is correctly the connected to AC line.
2. The AC line is correctly alive.
If the Stand-by indicator is not lit even if above points are not troubled, it may be caused by hardware trouble in the IRPrestige-21.
In this case;
1. Unplug the AC power cord of IRPrestige-21 immediately, and do not use IRPrestige-21.
2. Open the top cover and install NEW SILICA GELs immediately.

NOTE: The indicator silica gel is blue, purple, and dark purple. If the color of the indicator silica gel turns pale red, including the area around it, replace it with a new one.
