(TOC) Consumable Parts Replacement (TOC-1000e) - Checking the Replacement Timing

The usage time of the pump head and reactor can be checked by the following procedure.

 

1. Press  - [Maintenance].

   

 

2. Press [Counter].

   

  The [Counter] screen appears.

 

3. The usage time is displayed in [Value] for [Pump] and [Excimer Lamp].

   

4. After checking, press [Back]
  You will be returned to the Home screen.
