When not using the system for a short time, it is sufficient to leave the pump unit pumping at a flow rate of 0.2 to 0.3mL/min and to turn OFF the power to the PPSQ, the detector, and the column oven. (However, in order to minimize reagent degradation, keep the ambient temperature within the operating temperature range of the system.)
1. Changing LC Control
1) Click [LC Control] on the [Maintenance] menu in the [PPSQ Analysis] window.
[LC Control] dialog box is displayed.

2) Set the LC unit conditions.
Pump: A.Flow 0.3mL/min
Detector: Lamp OFF
Column oven: 40ºC
3) Click [Download].
2. Turning OFF the Power
1) Quit all software.
2) Shut down Windows OS running on the control PC.
3) Turn OFF the power to the PPSQ, the detector, and the column oven.

3. Stopping the Supply of N2 Gas。
1) Close the outlet-side needle valve of the N2 gas cylinder’s pressure regulator(1) and the cylinder’s shut-off valve.

When restoring power to the system, follow the procedure described in "Starting Up the Isocratic System".
