1. Pull up the guide (1) and lift up the lower chamber (3).
2. Put the upper chamber (2) onto the lower chamber together with the spacer (4) which is for the underside.

3. Pull down the guide, adjusting that the protrusion of the space fits into the groove in the reactor.
4. Tighten the reactor fixing screw tightly.
5. Tighten the outlet tube fixing screw.
6. Tighten the inlet tube fixing screw.
NOTE:
• If the reactor is not assembled properly, a leak error may occur at the start of sequence analysis. As a countermeasure, firmly tighten the reactor fixing screw in step 4. above. Next, tighten the inlet tube fixing screw and the outlet tube fixing screw until they will not turn any further.
• When the leak error occurs, execute the following steps.
1) Loosen the inlet tube fixing screw.
2) Loosen the outlet tube fixing screw.
3) Tighten the reactor fixing screw tightly.

1) Loosen the inlet tube fixing screw.
2) Loosen the outlet tube fixing screw.
3) Tighten the reactor fixing screw tightly.
4) Tighten the outlet tube fixing screw.
5) Tighten the inlet tube fixing screw.

CAUTION: The tube and chamber are connected with resin parts.
When assembling or disassembling the reactor, ensure that foreign matter does not enter this area. Otherwise, leaks may occur or parts may be damaged.
