• Post-Replacement Procedure
1. Start the instrument.

2. Check the operation of the pump.

[Maintenance] - [Mechanical Check] - [Standard Machine]

Select the stream for the pump valve(4).When you select a stream and hear the valve’s operating sound from the instrument, that is a sign of normal operation.
3. Set the pump operation time to 0.
1) Display the [Counter] screen.

in the [Pump] row.

3) Press [OK] on the confirmation screen.
The [Value] value is set to [0 Days].
4) Press [Back].
You will be returned to the Home screen.

4. To continue without replacing the reactor, perform rinsing, remove the bubbles, and then perform calibration.
1) Rinse the flow lines.
2) Check for bubbles.

3) Calibrate the instrument.

If you are replacing the reactor, perform the procedure from step 4 in "Replacing the Reactor".
