(TOC) Consumable Parts Replacement (TOC-1000e) - Procedure for after replacement the rector

• Post-Replacement Procedure

1. Start the instrument.

2. Check the operation of the reactor.

  [Maintenance] - [Mechanical Check] - [Standard Machine]

  

  Press this button to switch the reactor operation(5). When the operation is ON, it is normal if the [Lamp] is ON(1).

3. Set the reactor operation time to 0.
  1) Display the [Counter] screen.
    Refer. "Checking the Replacement Timing"
  2) Press  in the [Excimer Lamp] row.

  3) Press [OK] on the confirmation screen.
    The [Value] value is set to [0 Hours].
  4) Press [Back].
    You will be returned to the Home screen.

      

4. To continue without replacing the pump head, perform rinsing, remove the bubbles, and then perform calibration.

  1) Rinse the flow lines.

  2) Check for bubbles.

  3) Perform calibration

  If you are replacing the pump, perform the procedure from step 4 in "Replacing the Pump Head".
