SCD oxygen primary pressure is not enough[Error Code:6146]

• Check that the gas main valve is open.
• Check that the gas supply pressure is within the range below.
• Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the SCD detector gas to flow.
• Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
• Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
