You should be able to determine the COM port it's connected to in Device Manager within Windows.
From there, in the LabSolutions RealTime software go to the assistant toolbar, Main -> System Configuration (at this point can you please send me a screenshot of the system config) ->Properties -> check Communication -> Settings... -> edit Communication and COM Port accordingly.
When you press okay and close these windows using the 'OK' button, then close System Configuration with OK and it should take a second or two to load then you will hear an audible beep sound when the system connects to the PC.
