DAMCn makeup was overpressure[Error Code:2288 2289 2290 2291]

Excessively high pressure is applied to the DAMC makeup line.

 

Check the supply gas pressure.
If the supply pressure is correct, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
