The following causes are possible.
• Plunger is bent.
• Plunger is stuck.
• The plunger motor or sensor has a problem.
• If the plunger is bent, replace the syringe.
• If the plunger is not working properly, clean the plunger or replace the syringe.
• Revise the wash count and/or wash method as necessary.
- If the sample remains inside the syringe: Increase the number of washes. Increase the types of solvents used for cleaning.
- If the plunger is worn: Reduce the number of cleanings.
• If no abnormality is found in the plunger, and/or if the error occurs again after taking the measures, turn off the main power of the device and contact our sales office, distributor, or service representative designated by us.
