AOC-20s sample vial removed[Error Code:6021]

The following causes are possible.
• Grip was not firm enough. Vial dropped when it was being lifted.
• AOC is set to use the two-dimensional code reader while there is no two-dimensional code reader attached.

Check and perform the following.
• Redo the teaching using the vial to be used for actual analysis.

• Check the two-dimensional code reader configuration.
