DET#4 SCD overcurrent detected[Error Code:6181]

Strong light has leaked into the photomultiplier or the current of the photomultiplier is abnormal due to its failure.

 

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
