DetAPCn ECDG control irregularity[Error Code:2164 2165 2166 2167]

The flow of the flow controller to control the ECD detector gas is unstable.

・Check that the ECD detector gas supply pressure is within the range below.

 

 

・Check that the supply pressure is sufficient for the ECD detector gas to flow.
 

・Check that the gas supply pressure is stable.
・Check that the ECD sweep gas flow is about 5 to 10 mL/min.

 

・If the error appears repeatedly even after checking the above, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
