CARm calc. ratio out of range[Error Code:5075 5076 5108 5109]

The carrier gas total flow calculated from split ratio program, etc. is outside the set range.

 

Change the split ratio so that the following equation is satisfied. 
(Total flow) = (Column flow) + (Column flow * Split ratio) + (Purge flow)
