CARm AFC set point not reached[Error Code:2130 2131 2204 2205]

The pressure or flow rate may have not reached the set value due to the following reasons.

• The gas supply pressure is insufficient.
• There is a leak at tubing connections.
• The resistance of supply tubing is large (since the tubing connected is long or its inner diameter is small).

• Check that the gas main valve is open.
• Check that the set values of the column inlet pressure and total flow are within the AFC control range. 
• Check that no tubing connections are loose and there is no leak.
• Contact your Shimadzu service representative to check the inner diameter and length of used tubing.
