CARx prim is out of range[Error Code:2138 2139 2140 2212]

The carrier gas supply pressure is incorrect.

 

Check that the carrier gas supply pressure is within the primary pressure range in the configuration described below.

An error will occur if the primary pressure goes below the following values. 

• [300-500 kPa] : 150 kPa 
• [500-900 kPa] : 350 kPa
• [900 kPa-] : 750 kPa
