DET1 2 3 4 BID short-circuit in discharge cell [Error Code:4129 4130 4131 4132]

Output from plasma generation circuit of BID shorted out.

 

Turn off the main power and then turn on the instrument again. 
If the error occurs repeatedly, cables may be damaged.

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
