Flow# valve control irregularity [Error Code:2322 2323 2324 2325 2326 2327]

The pressure control valve of the flow controller does not operate correctly.

 

The valve of the flow controller or board may have failed. Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
