The number of analysis exceeded the set threshold.

 

Replace or maintain the vacuum pump and then reset the counter.

 

Counter reset

 

Press [HOME] > [Detector] > [Submenu] > [SCD Parts Counter],

and then display [SCD Parts Counter] screen and reset the counter.
