SCD furnace temperature set point not reached [Error Code:6106]

Although 90 minutes has elapsed after temperature control of the furnace started, the temperature does not reach the set value.

 

Turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative to ask for part replacement.
