SCD furnace abs. press was exceeded upper limit [Error Code:6112]

The pressure of the furnace is high. 
The inner pyrotube may be clogged.

Replace the inner pyrotube. 

 

If the error is displayed even after the tube is replaced, turn off the main power of the instrument, stop gas supply, and contact your Shimadzu sales/service representative.
