Obtaining details of a LabSolutions installation (Version number, license information)

When providing support for LabSolutions, the Informatics team may request information such as the version number and license details of the LabSolutions installation. The steps below can be used to obtain this information.

Obtain LabSolutions version and serial number (if LabSolutions is operational)

• Log in to LabSolutions and select Help > About

• The version number will be displayed, click 'About License' to display the serial number and license details

Obtain LabSolutions version and serial number (if LabSolutions is not operational)

• In Windows explorer, navigate to C:\LabSolutions\Manual\CertificateOfCompliance.pdf

• the version number is listed on this certificate

• To view the license information, open the Software License Management Tool from the Windows menu.
• Click on 'License Information' to view the serial number of the installed licenses.
