If LabSolutions crashes and/or closes when performing a specific action (such as opening the Browser or Post Run Analysis) this could be due to a defective user profile. Try the same action using a different user to test if the crash is user specific. If this is the case, perform the action below:
- Open LabSolutions Main window using an admin user.
- Select the Administration Tab
- Select the Customization Information Icon
- Select the defective user profile and click “Initialize”
- Click 'OK'
- Re-login using the initialized user and test the action that caused the crash
